Fashion Advisor position at Chanel Las Vegas Crystals boutique. Full-time luxury retail role, $28-$33/hr, offering comprehensive benefits and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead new client development by converting walk-in traffic into long-term brand advocates through engaging product demonstrations and brand storytelling
- Deliver consistently elevated client service through prompt, professional, and courteous interaction across all touchpoints
- Cultivate genuine client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up communication, and personalized service
- Maintain a service-oriented approach in all situations to exceed client expectations and raise operational service standards
- Process repairs and alterations, coordinating client follow-up to ensure completion and satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with boutique leadership and sales team to support revenue objectives and collective performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or fashion advisory experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and the Chanel brand
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays
