Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through creating energy, excitement, and desire around products and the brand
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that exceeds expectations
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach, fostering meaningful connections centered on inclusion
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all situations to raise the level of service and consistently exceed client expectations
• Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
• Support boutique operations and assist with stock management and client transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion industry experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Full-time in-store and in-person presence to deliver elevated client service and drive business results

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 32 per hour.
