Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling and product expertise to Chanel clients across fashion, jewelry, and accessories collections
- Build and maintain a portfolio of client relationships, with emphasis on bespoke service and loyalty cultivation
- Execute in-store presentations and product demonstrations, communicating the heritage and craftsmanship of Chanel collections
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and upcoming product lines, pricing, and promotional initiatives
