Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors through energetic product and brand presentation
- Optimize client experience through prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service delivery
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up
- Demonstrate exceptional service orientation and consistently exceed client expectations in all situations
- Manage client repairs and alterations, maintaining consistent follow-up communication
