Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor for its Boutique Riviera Maya (La Isla) in Cancun — a client-facing retail role delivering luxury service and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Provide authoritative product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and beauty categories.
  • Maintain luxury presentation standards: visual merchandising, boutique upkeep and adherence to brand directives.
  • Process transactions accurately, manage cash handling and returns according to Chanel procedures.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes.
  • Contribute to CRM records, appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to nurture clientele.
  • Participate in in-store events, private appointments and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail sales or high-end boutique environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Polished professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and discretion in client interactions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Legal right to work in Mexico.

Experience

A minimum of two years in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable success achieving sales objectives and building repeat clientele. Experience in boutique operations, visual merchandising and basic CRM processes preferred.

Education

High school diploma required; tertiary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is an advantage.
