Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through creating energy, excitement, and desire around CHANEL products and brand heritage
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach to foster brand loyalty
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to consistently exceed client expectations and raise the level of service provided
• Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs, alterations, and service requests
• Support boutique sales operations and inventory management while working collaboratively with the sales team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
• Full-time, in-person presence required for front-of-house retail operations and client service
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of and passion for client experience
• Knowledge of or genuine passion for the House of CHANEL, its heritage, product offerings, and cultural initiatives

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of related retail sales, customer service, or fashion advisory experience in a luxury or upscale retail environment.

Education

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 33 per hour.
