CHANEL seeks a Fashion Advisor in Boca Raton to deliver elevated client service, develop new customers, build lasting client relationships and support repairs and alterations. The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a high school diploma and a flexible schedule; it is full-time and requires an in-store, in-person presence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors, creating energy, excitement and desire around CHANEL products and the brand.
- Enhance the client experience through prompt, professional, warm and courteous service.
- Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Consistently raise service standards and exceed client expectations with a can-do attitude.
- Accept repairs and follow up consistently with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- High school diploma at minimum.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Full-time, in-store and in-person presence to support client sales and service and drive business results.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate.
- Understanding of and passion for the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign-language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
