Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new clients by converting walk-in traffic to customers and brand ambassadors through compelling product and brand storytelling
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service consistently
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up
• Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude in all situations to exceed client expectations and raise service standards
• Process and manage repairs and alterations while maintaining consistent follow-up communication with clients
• Collaborate effectively with diverse team members and boutique leadership to achieve sales and service objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion sales experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
• Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
• Demonstrated passion for client experience and service excellence
• Knowledge of or passion for the House of CHANEL, its heritage, and product offerings

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, fashion sales, or client-facing service roles within the luxury sector is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of client experience principles, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.30 to USD 32 per hour.
