Role & Responsibilities

• Lead development of new clientele by converting walk-in traffic into loyal customers and brand ambassadors through compelling product presentation and brand storytelling
• Deliver consistently superior client service through prompt, professional, warm, and courteous engagement that exceeds expectations and fosters genuine relationships
• Build sustainable client relationships through thoughtful and consistent follow-up, demonstrating deep product knowledge and understanding of individual client preferences
• Execute product expertise to guide clients toward appropriate selections, driving transaction conversion and basket size optimization
• Manage repair intake, alterations follow-up, and related logistical coordination to ensure seamless post-purchase service delivery
• Collaborate effectively with sales team members and boutique leadership to maintain operational excellence, achieve sales targets, and reinforce brand values

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related sales or fashion retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. regularly
• Flexible schedule accommodating late evenings, weekends, and select holidays
• Demonstrated passion for Chanel's heritage, product portfolio, and cultural initiatives
• Foreign language proficiency preferred but not required

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or related customer-facing roles within the premium segment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.30 to USD 34 per hour.
