Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and international clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through persuasive consultation, product presentation and effective closing techniques.
- Provide expert styling and product knowledge across ready-to-wear, handbags, small leather goods, accessories and fragrance categories.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window displays and floor presentation to reflect Chanel brand aesthetics.
- Manage stock, process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle client reservations and follow up on post-sale care.
- Participate in in-store events and private appointments, collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to maximise client opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales or boutique client advisory, preferably within a premium or haute couture maison.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-first approach and discretion when dealing with affluent clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and thorough knowledge of luxury product categories relevant to Chanel.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; willingness to support events and private client appointments.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in luxury retail or fashion boutique environments, with demonstrable success servicing high-net-worth clients and meeting individual sales targets.
Education
