Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and foster long-term client relationships to maximise lifetime value.
- Advise clients on Chanel ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal assortments with authoritative product knowledge and styling expertise.
- Drive and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs within the Saks Beverly Hills environment.
- Manage client appointments, private viewings and follow-up communications, maintaining meticulous client records and clienteling notes.
- Collaborate with Saks retail management and Chanel wholesale representatives to ensure seamless merchandising, stock replenishment and promotional execution.
- Uphold Chanel brand standards for visual presentation, boutique etiquette and luxury service at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and support stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to local market intelligence by reporting client feedback, competitor activity and trends to Chanel merchandising and wholesale teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium department store sales, preferably within high-fashion or designer brands.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and discretion.
- Strong clienteling and account management capabilities, including follow-up and relationship development.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and during seasonal peaks.
