Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor for its Shoe Boutique at KaDeWe Berlin, Germany. Full-time, fixed-term luxury retail role with exceptional benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, nurture and develop personal client relationships with empathy and passion
- Create exceptional experiences for clients through personalised consultations and styling expertise
- Execute sales of exclusive shoe collections in accordance with Chanel brand guidelines
- Optimise client experience through the strategic use of digital retail tools
- Contribute to team success by taking ownership of designated responsibilities
- Actively participate in exclusive client events and boutique activations
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, university degree, or relevant experience in a comparable retail or luxury sales role
- Demonstrated sales talent and intuitive understanding of client needs
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Enthusiasm for premium service and advisory at the highest level
- Passion for fashion and luxury
- Commitment to continuous professional and personal development
Skills
Experience
Successful completion of formal training in retail, fashion, or commerce, or a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or premium footwear sales.
Education
Completed vocational training (Ausbildung) in retail or fashion, or university degree in a related field. Equivalent professional experience in luxury retail or premium sales environments is acceptable.
