Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Barcelona for summer support. Deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel brand values and serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the house heritage, modernity, and savoir-faire
- Create tailor-made, personalized client experiences using the Chanel experience ritual and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Develop clients' personal style, propose product recommendations, and create complete ready-to-wear looks
- Contribute to sales targets and business objectives through effective client engagement, data capture, and retention strategies
- Handle client service complaints and requests professionally, managing complex and challenging situations with discretion
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism of the sales space in compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Participate actively in stock replenishment and physical inventory management
- Share best practices with team members, foster collective knowledge, and communicate regularly with management
- Embrace digital shopping trends and deliver a seamless omni-channel experience
Qualifications
- Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or apparel
- Strong selling skills and performance-driven mindset
- Demonstrated styling knowledge and ability to create complete ready-to-wear outfits
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish highly preferred for Barcelona location
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish emotional connections with clients
- Strong listening and empathy skills
- Problem-solving ability and resilience in managing complex situations
Skills
Experience
Retail experience is advantageous; eagerness and willingness to provide exceptional client care are essential. Experience in luxury retail or fashion is preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further training in fashion, retail management, or luxury customer service is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
