Role & Responsibilities
- Lead development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors through product knowledge and brand enthusiasm
- Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service that consistently exceeds client expectations
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach
- Demonstrate commitment to service excellence by maintaining a can-do attitude and continuously raising the level of support provided
- Coordinate intake of repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding alterations and maintenance services
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related retail or luxury fashion experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
- Fluency in English; foreign language skills preferred
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, luxury brands, and client-centric service
- Strong understanding of client experience principles and commitment to inclusion and connection
