Chanel is hiring a Fashion Advisor in Bal Harbour, FL — client-facing sales role delivering personalised service and achieving boutique sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a high-end clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across apparel, leather goods, accessories and beauty; provide styling advice and tailor recommendations to client preferences.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store standards, including replenishment, stock integrity and boutique housekeeping.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage client records in accordance with brand CRM and privacy policies.
- Support in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows; collaborate with store management on business strategies and local market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales, demonstrating target achievement and sustained client development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and an understanding of discreet, high-touch service.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to operate under high standards of brand presentation.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion or premium client-facing sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and growing client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in fashion, business or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Bal Harbour, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
