Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor at Saks Atlanta to deliver luxury styling, clienteling and drive sales for the brand in Atlanta, GA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience in the Saks Atlanta environment, building long-term relationships and client loyalty
- Provide expert styling and product advice across Chanel categories (ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods, fragrance and beauty)
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups and the CRM to cultivate repeat business and high-value clients
- Maintain boutique presentation to Chanel visual and merchandising standards, including window and floor displays when required
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in coordination with Saks and Chanel teams
- Collaborate with Saks store management and Chanel retail leadership on events, trunk shows and VIP initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales, with demonstrable clienteling success
- Strong commercial acumen and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clientele
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by luxury retail hours
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Several years of client-facing retail experience in luxury fashion or designer brands, with a proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets; prior experience working within a department store environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred but not required.
