Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition by converting foot traffic into loyal brand ambassadors through engagement with product and brand storytelling
- Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to optimize the client experience and exceed expectations
- Develop and nurture genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
- Manage repair and alteration intake and coordinate consistent follow-up with clients
- Demonstrate a collaborative, can-do attitude to continuously elevate service quality and team performance
- Support sales targets and business revenue through client conversion and loyalty initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion experience
- Demonstrable passion for client service and fashion expertise
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for the House of Chanel, its heritage, and brand values
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and select holidays
