Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor at Saks in Atlanta, GA — deliver luxury client service, styling and sales expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Chanel brand within the Saks Atlanta environment, delivering a consistently elevated client experience.
- Prospect, cultivate and maintain a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and appointment-based service.
- Provide personalised styling and product advice across ready-to-wear, handbags, accessories and beauty categories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation to Chanel standards; ensure the sales floor is impeccably stocked and merchandised.
- Process sales transactions, exchanges and returns accurately using store POS; ensure accurate client records and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with Saks store management and Chanel wholesale/field teams on promotions, events and trunk shows.
- Protect client confidentiality and uphold the maison’s standards for service, presentation and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique environments; previous work with premium fashion or accessories is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable track-record of meeting sales targets and building repeat client relationships.
- Polished personal presentation, sophisticated styling sensibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the United States (appropriate work authorization).
- High level of discretion, professionalism and adherence to brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail with a proven sales record and established clienteling capabilities; experience working within department-store concessions (e.g., Saks) is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education or professional training in fashion, merchandising or retail management is preferred but not mandatory.
