Chanel Fashion Advisor position in Aspen, CO. Deliver luxury client service, drive sales, and build brand loyalty in a full-time retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition of new clients by converting walk-in traffic into brand advocates through energy, excitement, and product expertise
- Optimize the client experience by delivering prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service consistently
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and strategic outreach
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset by exceeding client expectations and raising the standard of care in every interaction
- Process repairs and alterations while maintaining diligent follow-up communication with clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion advisory experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Fluency in foreign languages preferred but not required
- Deep passion for the House of CHANEL's heritage, product offerings, and brand values
