CHANEL seeks a full-time Fashion Advisor for its Amsterdam boutique to maximize sales, develop client relationships and deliver a luxurious service experience. The role calls for at least three years of shop-floor experience in a luxury or fashion environment; ready-to-wear experience is an asset.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply high standards of ready-to-wear (RTW) product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors, creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand.
- Deliver prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to create a luxurious client experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach.
- Provide relevant after-sales care, including information about events and new collections.
- Participate in and complete training, applying high standards of selling skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain CHANEL standards across all areas while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork to build client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Work effectively and efficiently within the team, sharing ideas and contributing to positive morale.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of successful shop-floor experience in a luxury or fashion environment.
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience is a strong asset.
- Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury.
- Self-driven, positive and independent.
- Trustworthy, with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Living in or around Amsterdam and available full-time.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
