Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge in ready-to-wear collections and selling techniques to maximize all sales opportunities
- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through creating energy, excitement, and desire around the product and brand
- Create a luxurious experience for all clients through providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
- Offer relevant after-sales care, including appropriate information regarding events and new collections
- Participate in and complete training programmes to acquire and apply high standards of selling skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful shop floor experience in a luxury environment or fashion sector
- Ready-to-wear experience considered a strong asset
- Passion for client experience, fashion, and luxury goods
- Self-driven, positive, and independent professional with high integrity and ethical standards
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Currently permitted to live and work in the Netherlands
