Chanel seeks a Fashion Advisor in Abu Dhabi to deliver high-touch client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a high-net-worth and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling across fashion, accessories and complementary product categories.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and convey brand heritage, craftsmanship and collection narratives with authority and nuance.
- Execute boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensuring displays reflect seasonal directives and brand aesthetics.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and after-sales enquiries accurately and discreetly while maintaining client records in the CRM/POS system.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and regional offices to support events, private appointments and VIP services.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, preferably within an international maison or prestige label.
- Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and relationship management.
- Demonstrable comfort with boutique procedures including POS transactions, client databases and inventory controls.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods; valid authorization to work in the UAE is required.
- Discretion, cultural sensitivity and the capacity to engage a diverse, international clientele.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of progressive experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion environments, with proven sales performance and experience serving an international clientele.
Education
Secondary education; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
