Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar, team scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Organize business travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and logistics to France and Italy
- Participate in establishing annual governance frameworks for the accessories operations division
- Coordinate team cohesion events and internal communications
- Prepare executive presentations, Excel worksheets, and formal documentation
- Develop and implement tracking and piloting tools for travel budget management
- Manage supplier gift delivery coordination with the Accessories Assistant Director

Qualifications

- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluent written and spoken English and French; Italian language skills preferred
- Demonstrated discretion, organizational ability, and responsiveness
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
