Chanel seeks an F&B Boutique Manager — Travel Retail in Barcelona to lead luxury food & beverage operations and boutique performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct daily F&B operations within Chanel's travel retail boutique in Barcelona, ensuring service standards consistent with the maison's luxury positioning.
- Lead, coach and develop boutique staff to deliver elevated guest service and achieve sales and service KPIs.
- Own boutique P&L performance: monitor sales, control costs, manage pricing execution and deliver margin objectives.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships and merchandising of F&B products and displays in coordination with retail and visual merchandising teams.
- Ensure compliance with local food-safety regulations and internal hygiene standards (HACCP procedures), and maintain all operational permits.
- Design and implement service protocols, menus and promotional activations tailored to the travel retail customer profile.
- Collaborate with airport authorities, travel-retail partners and Chanel regional teams to optimise operations, stock flow and promotional windows.
- Drive loss-prevention measures, cash handling controls and POS reconciliation; oversee opening/closing procedures and shift rostering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4–6 years' progressive experience in food & beverage management, ideally within luxury retail or travel-retail concessions.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering sales targets in a high-volume, high-expectation environment.
- Food-safety certification (HACCP) and working knowledge of relevant Spanish health regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, training and retaining boutique-level teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a regulated airport environment.

At least 4–6 years in food & beverage operations with demonstrable management responsibility; preferably 2+ years within travel retail, boutique concessions or luxury retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience; food-safety certification preferred.
