Chanel Facility Manager position in Shanghai. Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations and maintenance activities across assigned properties
- Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and service vendors
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop and manage facility budgets and operating costs
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projects
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on facility-related matters
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility management or building operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Understanding of health and safety compliance requirements

- Experience managing vendor and contractor relationships
Skills
Experience
3-5 years of professional experience in facility management, property operations, or building services, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CFM – Certified Facility Manager).
