Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Chanel eyewear category in a flagship Paris environment, delivering exemplary client service and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Provide personalised client advice on frame selection, fit and styling while communicating brand heritage and product provenance.
- Support sales conversion through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up communication.
- Maintain category floor standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with product launches, in-store events and regional fashion activities, liaising with retail and Europe fashion teams as required.
- Capture client data and sales activity accurately in the CRM/POS, and contribute to daily and weekly sales reporting.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to sales transactions, client files and store compliance.
- Participate in scheduled training modules to develop product knowledge, sales techniques and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised vocational or higher-education programme in fashion, luxury management, business administration or optical sciences (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Demonstrable interest in eyewear, fashion and luxury retail with a polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Strong interpersonal aptitude with ability to build rapport and manage discerning clientele.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-standards retail environment.
- Availability to start in September 2026 and to commit to the duration of the apprenticeship programme.
- Previous retail or client-facing experience preferred; internships in luxury or optical sectors advantageous.
