Chanel in Singapore seeks an Experiential Ambassador to deliver the Chanel & Moi experience, engage clients and host brand activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Chanel experiential platform with impeccable poise, delivering a curated client journey across events, in-store activations and private consultations.
- Engage high-value and prospective clients through personalised conversation, active listening and storytelling that communicates product provenance and brand heritage.
- Host and animate experiential events, workshops and pop-ups; coordinate guest lists, seating, and on-site logistics in close collaboration with store teams and vendors.
- Support sales and clienteling objectives by identifying client needs, capturing contact and preference data, and following up to convert interest into appointments or purchases.
- Create and curate on-brand content for owned digital channels when requested; collect client feedback and produce concise post-event reports for the local management team.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual and service presentation, ensuring all activations conform to brand guidelines and luxury service protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality or events (preferably 1–3 years).
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills; confident public-speaking and event-hosting ability.
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and manage discreet, high-touch relationships.
- Flexible schedule with availability for evening and weekend activations; reliable, punctual and professionally presentable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborating across store, marketing and event teams.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or experiential events with a track record of high-quality service delivery and guest engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in hospitality, communications, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
