Chanel Experience Analytics Manager in Seoul – drive customer insights and omnichannel optimization for luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure and optimize customer experience across touchpoints
  • Analyze customer journey data to identify pain points and opportunities for engagement enhancement
  • Create actionable insights from behavioral and transactional data to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with retail, digital, and marketing teams to translate analytics findings into operational improvements
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for experience metrics monitoring and reporting to senior leadership
