Chanel Parfums Beauté seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the Chief Information Officer, a member of the division's executive committee. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, orchestrate key interactions, facilitate internal and external relationships, and ensure flawless executive operations within an international, matrix-driven environment focused on creativity and human potential.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate a complex and evolving executive calendar, prioritizing competing requests according to strategic initiatives and preserving protected time for strategic focus
  • Serve as the control center for information flows and commitments, filtering and categorizing incoming demands to determine which require escalation, decision-making, delegation, or follow-up
  • Facilitate internal interactions by acting as a reliable point of contact, directing stakeholders to appropriate colleagues, diplomatically declining or redirecting requests, and coordinating key executive briefings and strategic milestones
  • Organize and nurture external relationships and professional networking, including coordination with peer executives, business partners, educational institutions, professional networks, and industry conferences
  • Execute executive support functions with precision, including travel arrangements, meeting logistics, visitor reception, expense management, procurement, and administrative compliance
  • Continuously improve operational workflows and systems by evolving methodologies, templates, routines, and tools to optimize time management, eliminate friction points, and maintain reliable institutional memory on key subjects and decisions

Qualifications

  • Approximately 10 to 15 years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or directional assistant to a C-suite executive, preferably in an international and matrix environment
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a high-stakes executive calendar with sound judgment
  • Fluent written and oral communication in French and English
  • Demonstrated reliability and anticipation in meeting commitments, securing deadlines, and closing action items without requiring follow-up
  • Diplomatic assertiveness to protect executive time, provide candid counsel, decline requests tactfully, and propose alternatives with political acumen
  • Composure and agility in navigating unexpected changes, ambiguity, and last-minute shifts in priorities
  • Proficiency with collaborative and office software tools, combined with openness to emerging digital practices and artificial intelligence applications, within strict data security and confidentiality protocols
  • Absolute discretion and ethical integrity when handling sensitive, confidential information

Experience

Approximately 10 to 15 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting C-suite executives, ideally within multinational, matrix-oriented organizations. Demonstrated success in managing complex calendars, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and serving as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership in dynamic, international environments.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; additional professional development in executive administration, project management, or business operations is valued.
