Chanel Fashion Division seeks Executive Assistant to General Manager in Shanghai. Support strategic planning and stakeholder coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as planning partner to the Fashion Division General Manager, ensuring prioritization, meeting structure and calendar optimization across strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement and division routines
  • Coordinate and execute key Fashion Division meetings, leadership routines and senior executive visits, including agenda preparation, logistics coordination, documentation and follow-up
  • Consolidate and synthesize business information and data analysis as required, maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment among Mainland China Fashion teams, Regional and Global stakeholders to support transformation priorities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders across divisional, cross-divisional and Regional functions to facilitate timely communication and coordination
  • Support team engagement initiatives, change communication and governance frameworks during transition and transformation periods
  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, travel arrangements, expense tracking and T&E claims with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based, and oversee document preparation, routing and signature processes
  • Identify and implement more agile administrative and coordination processes to enhance operational effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in multinational organizations
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information and high-level relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder profiles
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow-through capabilities with ability to create impact through influence
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with curiosity and openness to exploring more effective working methods
  • Humility, empathy and strong service orientation
  • Fluent spoken English; French language capability is preferred

Experience

Solid experience supporting senior executives in multinational companies, with a proven track record of discretion, reliability and professionalism in high-level administrative coordination and stakeholder management.

Education

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management or related field is an asset.
