Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level calendar management and administrative support to two senior leaders within the Global Corporate Sustainability team
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for key sustainability projects, including meeting organisation, materials preparation, and project plan updates
  • Manage travel arrangements with precision, anticipating and accommodating last-minute changes
  • Oversee budget tracking and expense management for team leadership
  • Administer vendor contracts, invoice processing, and payment tracking
  • Engage with stakeholders across the global business, Sustainability offices, external NGOs, and industry experts
  • Report to the Executive Assistant to the Global Chief Sustainability Officer and collaborate within the EA team structure

Education

Secondary education minimum; further qualifications in business administration or related field are advantageous.
