Chanel seeks an Executive Assistant to support P&O leadership across Europe. Fixed-term contract starting September 2026 in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the People & Organization (P&O) leadership team across Chanel's European corporate operations
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows for senior management
- Coordinate internal communications and organizational projects
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive review
- Serve as liaison between P&O department and other corporate functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and corporate administrative tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive corporate matters

2-3 years of professional experience in an executive support or administrative coordination role, preferably within a corporate or luxury environment
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification; secretarial or business administration training is advantageous
