Chanel seeks an Executive Assistant in Paris to coordinate governance and support the International Director of Market Animation within the Fashion Division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the planning, preparation, and follow-up of major Fashion Division governance instances and strategic cycles
  • Maintain consolidated calendars of principal meetings and team milestones while ensuring deadline tracking and decision dissemination to stakeholders
  • Facilitate information circulation within the team and with principal external stakeholders
  • Organize seminars, team events, and internal initiatives while supporting transversal and ad-hoc projects
  • Deputize for the Director's Executive Assistant during absences: manage the Director's agenda, prioritize meetings, and serve as primary interface with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and programs with local teams
  • Execute administrative tasks necessary for directorate operations during coverage absences

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in executive assistance, team coordination, or project management
  • Exceptional organizational rigor and ability to anticipate and manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Autonomous, responsive, versatile, service-oriented, and discreet in approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Fluent French and English proficiency, both written and oral
