Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Fashion Director for France & Monaco, including diary and inbox management, meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and accommodation; manage travel-related expenses and approvals.
- Prepare, edit and format presentations, briefing notes and confidential correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as primary liaison between the Fashion Director and cross-functional teams (retail, merchandising, PR, ateliers, legal) and with regional offices in France and Monaco.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, fittings, showroom appointments and small-scale events; manage logistics and on-site support as required.
- Manage project timelines, track action items, ensure timely delivery of requests and maintain accurate document archives.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions.
- Support budget follow-up, expense reporting and supplier relations for the Fashion Director’s office.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to support a senior executive with discretion, professionalism and superior organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; polished presentation and interpersonal manner.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven luxury retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments while maintaining confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in luxury fashion, retail or a related high-end consumer environment, with demonstrable experience liaising across creative and commercial teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; study in business, communications, fashion management or related field preferred.
