Chanel seeks an Events Manager for Watches & Fine Jewelry in Hong Kong to drive luxury brand activations and product launches with strategic excellence and operational precision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive forward-thinking event strategies aligned with global concepts and long-term business objectives, continuously refining experiences to establish new luxury market standards
- Lead cross-functional alignment for major product launches and flagship activations, orchestrating unified company-wide calendars that maximize brand equity
- Partner with Client Relations, Retail, and High-End Management teams to design bespoke client journeys and innovative event formats that deepen brand affinity and deliver targeted outcomes
- Optimize investments and returns through robust budget management, meticulous KPI tracking, performance analysis, and strategic vendor network development
- Collaborate with Production and Visual Merchandising teams to pioneer elevated creative installations whilst integrating corporate social responsibility initiatives and sustainability practices
- Manage complex timelines and contingencies under pressure, anticipating stakeholder needs and executing with agility and precision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 6–8 years of event strategy and project management experience in the luxury sector, with demonstrated exposure to Watches & Fine Jewelry categories
- Proven expertise in budget control, investment monitoring, vendor negotiations, and post-event KPI/ROI analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills, capable of influencing and aligning senior leadership and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to deliver flawless, high-stakes events in high-pressure environments with meticulous attention to detail
Skills
Experience
6–8 years of event strategy and project management in the luxury sector, with specific exposure to high-end Watches and Fine Jewelry categories. Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder brand activations and product launches with measurable business impact.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
