Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating fashion event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget oversight
• Support the development of event concepts and creative briefs in collaboration with senior project managers
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Coordinate production elements including materials, technical requirements, and on-site setup
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial parameters
• Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event analyses

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant university degree programme (event management, communications, business, or related field)
• Demonstrated interest in luxury fashion events and brand experience
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Fluency in French and English

Skills

Experience

No specific professional experience required; however, prior internship or volunteer experience in event coordination, project management, or luxury brand environments is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in event management, communications, business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
