Chanel is hiring an Events Coordinator Assistant in Neuilly-sur-Seine for a 6-month internship supporting press and influencer events in Fragrances & Beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate on drafting event briefs for external event agencies
- Support venue research and selection for events
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage quotation requests
- Assist with event budget management and tracking
- Organize and coordinate event invitations and guest lists
- Support logistics planning, including setup and configuration
- Manage participant and speaker coordination
- Develop and draft event guidelines for market-specific initiatives
- Support market teams in developing and implementing local events
- Monitor competitive event activity and market trends
Qualifications
- Student in project management, event management, communications, or related field
- Knowledge of project management and/or event organization
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Rigorous, organized, flexible, responsive, and motivated mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual French/English fluency
