Chanel events internship in Paris: coordinate fashion client experiences, manage invitations, and analyze event ROI for the France & Monaco market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client invitation lists in collaboration with boutiques, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and coordinating cross-market requests
- Design and implement client journey experiences for events spanning fashion shows, boutique activations, VIP client events, and cross-divisional collaborations
- Provide operational support and coordination during event execution to ensure seamless client experiences
- Compile quantitative and qualitative feedback from boutiques post-event and perform analytical ROI assessments
- Create and maintain annual event presentations and supporting materials for internal stakeholder meetings and marketing committees
- Conduct quarterly competitive intelligence analysis of fashion event trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Student in business school, university program, or equivalent with strong knowledge of the luxury sector and retail environment
- Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and trend-driven markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with sharp attention to detail
- Proven analytical and synthesis capabilities with strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English language skills
