Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, internal trainings and brand education initiatives from briefing through post-event reporting.
- Coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including venues, caterers, audiovisual providers and transport.
- Prepare event materials and training documentation, presentations and attendee communications; manage production timelines and asset delivery.
- Assist with administrative tasks: calendar coordination, travel arrangements for participants, invoice follow-up and basic budget tracking.
- Provide on-site event support and stakeholder liaison during activations; manage attendee registration and hospitality needs.
- Compile post-event metrics and qualitative feedback; maintain event databases and update contact lists and distribution channels.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in marketing, communications, event management, luxury management or a related discipline.
- Available to start in September 2026 for the internship period as agreed with the recruiter.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; discretion and professionalism when working with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive team player with a service mindset and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in events, corporate communications, brand education or project coordination is advantageous but not required; demonstrable academic projects or extracurricular leadership in event delivery is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in marketing, communications, event management, luxury management or a closely related field.
