Chanel Event Specialist in Tokyo: Lead fragrance and beauty product launches and brand activations in Japan's luxury market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop creative event strategies aligned with Chanel's global fragrance and beauty campaigns
- Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline optimization
- Manage on-site logistics, staff coordination, and real-time problem resolution during product launches and brand experiences
- Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and VIP clientele to amplify brand visibility and ensure press coverage
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reporting to inform future campaign refinements
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Chanel's exacting aesthetic and operational standards throughout all activations
Qualifications
