Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hospitality to VIP clients during international and local events.
- Assist in arranging transportation, coordinating accommodations, and making restaurant reservations.
- Organize hair and makeup services for guests.
- Understand and respond to the specific needs of VIP guests.
- Support international guest services, leveraging language skills.
- Assist with event operations and provide support during event days.
- Conduct market research and assist the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Possession of a valid working visa for non-Japanese nationals.
- Interest in event management and hospitality.
- Ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English and other foreign languages is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
