Chanel London seeks an ESG Solutions & Analytics Intern to support sustainability data, reporting and analytics for the luxury house.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the collection, validation and consolidation of ESG and sustainability data across operations and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and visualisations to track KPIs for carbon, waste, water, circularity and social metrics.
- Perform quantitative analysis and modelling to inform emissions inventories, scenario analysis and target-setting.
- Prepare materials and data visualisations for internal stakeholders and external reporting aligned with frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sourcing, operations, finance) to close data gaps and implement data governance improvements.
- Conduct research on regulatory developments, industry benchmarks and best practices in sustainable luxury to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in sustainability, environmental science, data science, economics, engineering or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with demonstrable coursework or projects in data analysis or sustainability measurement.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and reconcile complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships, academic projects or coursework in sustainability, ESG reporting, environmental analytics or data analysis are preferred; 0–2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
