Chanel seeks an E‑services Product Manager in Paris to lead digital service strategy, roadmap and cross‑functional delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Chanel’s e‑services portfolio, aligned with global retail and digital objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery teams (product, UX, engineering, operations, CRM, legal and marketing) to translate requirements into prioritized features and releases.
- Own the product backlog and run Agile/Scrum rituals to ensure timely delivery of quality digital services.
- Specify user journeys and acceptance criteria; partner with UX to drive intuitive, brand‑consistent interfaces.
- Instrument products with KPIs and analytics; report on adoption, conversion, availability and SLA compliance and drive continuous optimisation.
- Manage third‑party vendors and platform partnerships, negotiating scope, SLAs and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate omnichannel integration between e‑commerce, in‑store services and CRM to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Oversee change management, training and rollout activities for global markets and local stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven product management experience (digital, e‑commerce or service platforms) with responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery.
- Strong record of managing cross‑functional teams and external vendors in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Demonstrable ability to translate business objectives into product roadmaps, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Advanced competency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and product discovery techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to prioritise features and measure impact.

Experience
Typically requires 4–7 years of progressive experience in product management or product ownership within digital, e‑commerce or technology teams; experience in luxury retail or premium consumer brands is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field; Master’s degree or advanced certification in product management or digital strategy preferred.
