Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end deployment of the Fashion ERP across regions and markets, liaising between business stakeholders and IT project teams.
- Coordinate project tasks: schedule management, progress tracking, issue escalation and resolution follow‑up.
- Contribute to testing activities including preparation of UAT scenarios, execution support and defect tracking.
- Assist with data mapping and migration activities under supervision, ensuring data integrity for go‑live.
- Prepare clear, audience‑appropriate documentation and training materials for regional users and local teams.
- Facilitate change management at market level: support roll‑out workshops, capture local requirements and feedback.
- Produce regular status reports and dashboards for the project steering committee and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised alternance/apprenticeship programme (Bac+3/4/5) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management or equivalent.
- Available to start the alternance in September 2026 and commit to the duration required by the education programme.
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical, detail‑oriented approach to task coordination and documentation.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling data; proficient use of Microsoft Excel and capacity to learn ERP tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with cross‑functional and international teams.
- Interest in fashion operations and commercial processes; discretion and professional presentation.

Previous internships or coursework related to IT projects, business processes, supply chain or merchandising are advantageous but not mandatory; the role is structured for a candidate in an alternance/apprenticeship with limited professional experience.

Currently enrolled in a university or grande école programme in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Management or a closely related discipline (Bac+3/4/5 level) and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship placement.
