Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end deployment of the Fashion ERP across regions and markets, liaising between business stakeholders and IT project teams.
  • Coordinate project tasks: schedule management, progress tracking, issue escalation and resolution follow‑up.
  • Contribute to testing activities including preparation of UAT scenarios, execution support and defect tracking.
  • Assist with data mapping and migration activities under supervision, ensuring data integrity for go‑live.
  • Prepare clear, audience‑appropriate documentation and training materials for regional users and local teams.
  • Facilitate change management at market level: support roll‑out workshops, capture local requirements and feedback.
  • Produce regular status reports and dashboards for the project steering committee and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised alternance/apprenticeship programme (Bac+3/4/5) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management or equivalent.
  • Available to start the alternance in September 2026 and commit to the duration required by the education programme.
  • Strong organisational skills with a methodical, detail‑oriented approach to task coordination and documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling data; proficient use of Microsoft Excel and capacity to learn ERP tools.
