Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate local wholesale activations in partnership with Trade Marketing teams, including event service plan monitoring and reservation management
• Create reporting matrices and synthesize activation performance using Power BI, with KPI tracking and data analysis
• Consolidate and prioritize field team communications through weekly newsletter curation, SharePoint content management, and information dissemination
• Provide operational support for field IT tools (TWEED, YOOBIC, Wholesale Hub), including troubleshooting, improvement requests, and field team assistance
• Facilitate ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination between field and headquarters teams across Marketing, CRM, Training, Media, PR, and Trade functions
• Support the organization of Wholesale Committees, Zone Meetings, and Force de Vente seminars
• Analyze operation outcomes and consolidate learnings with Trade teams to optimize sales support tools

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's-level degree (BAC+4/BAC+5)
• Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Strong interest in field operations and demonstrated understanding of the Fragrances & Beauty sector
• Fluent French language skills
• Excellent numerical aptitude and synthesis capabilities

Demonstrated interest in field operations and wholesale distribution within luxury beauty and fragrances; exposure to cross-functional project environments is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's-level degree program (BAC+4 or BAC+5 equivalent).
