Chanel seeks Project Manager for embroidered leather goods at Verneuil-en-Halatte facility; manage full product lifecycle from development to delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the upstream development phase of embroidered products, including liaison with pattern makers, presentation to the creative studio, and management of client modification requests
  • Oversee product development risk analysis and lead collection review sessions with clients to negotiate technical and quality specifications
  • Pilot the industrialization of embroidered products and establish critical milestones to ensure client commitments are met
  • Define quality benchmarks for embroidery in collaboration with the quality team and coordinate with embroidery suppliers on adherence standards
  • Optimize delivery schedules and supply plans with embroidery partners; animate meetings with production personnel to ensure milestone compliance and product conformity
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators, dashboards, and weekly steering committee meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization in partnership with external suppliers
  • Prepare collection reviews, identify optimization opportunities, track departmental KPIs, and develop action plans for improvement

Qualifications

  • Superior education from an engineering or business school
  • Significant experience in a similar role at a manufacturing facility
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and understanding of luxury brand business imperatives
  • Leadership qualities and proactive work style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with passion for product excellence
  • Proficiency with office software and ERP systems
  • Fluent English; Italian is a plus
