Chanel seeks an Embroidered Leather Goods Project Manager in Verneuil-en-Halatte, France to lead artisanal production initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams managing embroidered leather goods from concept through production and delivery
- Coordinate with design, production, supply chain, and quality assurance departments to ensure alignment on specifications and timelines
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet commercial and operational targets
- Conduct regular quality reviews and resolve technical or production challenges related to embroidery and leather finishing
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships for specialized materials and embroidery services
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics for senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within luxury leather goods or fashion manufacturing
- Strong understanding of leather tanning, finishing, and embroidery techniques and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in both French and English
- Technical proficiency with project management tools and ERP systems

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience within luxury leather goods, fashion accessories, or high-end manufacturing environments, with proven expertise in embroidered or decorated leather production
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent professional certification in project management (PMP, CAPM)
