Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and curate learning content, playbooks and knowledge assets to support product, retail and corporate teams across regions.
- Maintain and govern the central knowledge repository and learning management system to ensure accuracy, discoverability and version control.
- Collaborate with L&D, HR business partners and subject-matter experts to convert institutional expertise into modular training and microlearning.
- Implement content taxonomy, tagging and search optimisation to improve knowledge retrieval and user adoption.
- Define metrics and produce regular analytics (engagement, completion, impact) to inform continuous improvement of learning programmes.
- Support train‑the‑trainer initiatives and provide coaching to local trainers and champions to scale best practices.
- Manage project plans for knowledge initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational calendars and product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Organizational Development or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience designing learning programmes and managing knowledge repositories within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in learning architecture, content lifecycle management and adult-learning principles.
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence cross‑functional partners and senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to editorial quality and brand tone.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in learning & development, knowledge management or instructional design; experience within luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Organizational Development or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification in L&D or KM is advantageous.
