Chanel Istanbul: Education and Styling Development Manager to lead fashion training and styling initiatives in Turkey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver fashion education programmes and styling curricula for retail and wholesale teams
- Lead styling development initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand presentation
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align training content with Chanel's brand standards
- Mentor and coach retail associates and wholesale partners on fashion knowledge and styling techniques
- Monitor programme effectiveness and implement continuous improvements based on feedback
- Create educational materials and resources including styling guides and product training documentation
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in fashion education, styling, or training within luxury retail
- Deep knowledge of Chanel's aesthetic, heritage, and product categories
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programmes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Turkish

Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, fashion education, or styling development, with proven track record in designing and implementing training programmes at scale.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience in luxury fashion may substitute.
