Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the editorial project manager on product launches and seasonal campaigns for the Fragrance & Beauty division.
  • Draft, edit and proofread product descriptions, campaign copy, press materials and internal briefs in the brand’s editorial tone.
  • Maintain and update the editorial calendar and central content repository; track deadlines and asset delivery across teams and agencies.
  • Coordinate with marketing, packaging, regulatory, product development and external creative partners to ensure copy accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in quality control of final assets (print and digital) and prepare materials for internal presentations and approvals.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance eligible).
  • Strong editorial ability with meticulous attention to grammar, tone and detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in beauty and fragrance categories and an appreciation for luxury brand standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
