Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end production of corporate editorial content for internal and external channels, ensuring brand and editorial consistency.
  • Coordinate schedules and production timelines with creative, marketing and external vendor teams to meet editorial deadlines.
  • Prepare and proofread copy, captions and metadata; ensure accuracy of names, dates, product references and legal approvals.
  • Manage digital assets: organise files, tag metadata and liaise with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) team to ensure version control.
  • Assist with layout coordination and file preparation for print and digital publication (pre-press checks, export settings).
  • Track project progress, maintain editorial calendars and compile production reports for the editorial lead.
  • Support administrative tasks related to editorial projects, including briefing documents, meeting minutes and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Literature or a related discipline.
  • Excellent editorial judgement with strong copyediting and proofreading skills; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Fluency in French required; professional working proficiency in English preferred.

Experience

Previous internship or academic project experience in editorial production, communications, publishing or luxury brand content is advantageous; demonstrable experience managing editorial workflows or coordinating creative projects preferred.

Education

Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Literature or a related field.
