Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the operational lead for the economic performance tool related to customs (douane) activities: maintain, enrich and industrialize data flows and reporting logic.
- Collect, validate and reconcile customs, logistics and financial datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy of KPIs.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and management reports (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) to monitor customs performance, costs and regulatory indicators.
- Translate business requirements from Customs, Trade Compliance and Finance teams into technical specifications and reporting deliverables.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis to identify drivers of cost and performance, propose corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support deployment, user training and documentation of the tool; act as first point of contact for user questions and incidents.
- Collaborate with IT, ERP and supply chain teams to align data sources, interfaces and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s level) in Finance, Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent — available for alternance starting September 2026.
- Strong analytical rigour with proven ability to work on quantitative datasets and to produce executive‑level reports.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau and basic SQL querying.
- Good understanding of customs concepts, international trade flows and related regulatory constraints.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing requests within a cross‑functional environment.
- Fluent spoken and written French; professional working proficiency in English is an advantage.

Experience
Previous internships or academic project experience in data analysis, finance, customs/trade compliance, supply chain or business performance reporting is preferred. Demonstrable experience building dashboards or analytical deliverables during studies will be valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s‑level programme (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a closely related discipline; eligible for alternance (work‑study) starting September 2026.
